Waterbouwdag 2026: Hydraulic Engineering in a Global Perspective
On Thursday 29 October 2026, Deltares will be participating in the Waterbouwdag at the Beatrix Convention Centre in Utrecht. The central theme of this year's event is 'Hydraulic Engineering in a Global Perspective'. The day focuses on international knowledge exchange in the fields of flood risk management, climate adaptation, coastal protection and innovative hydraulic engineering solutions.
During the Waterbouwdag, professionals from government, research organisations and industry come together to share knowledge and experiences from the Netherlands and abroad. International collaboration plays a key role in this exchange, not only to apply Dutch expertise around the world, but also to learn from new insights and solutions developed elsewhere.
