Visit from Korea

Published: 14 October 2014

A number of researchers from the KICT (the Korea Institute of Civil Engineering and Building Technology) and the NDMI (National Disaster Management Institute) visited Deltares in Delft on 13 and 14 October.

The Koreans were mainly interested in the Dutch preventive approach to flood prevention, and particularly natural solutions. As well as talking to a range of people here, the visitors were also taken round the Deltares facility hall.
