The key objective of this assignment was to understand the flood exposure trends in Timor-Leste. This desk-based review analyzes current flood exposure and highlights the impact of projected urbanization and climate change. These insights are intended to inform the Country Climate and Development Report (CCDR), which is being developed by the World Bank.
