Ing. Jan E. J. Blinde is an expert in the field geotechnics, dike- and embankment technology.
As geotechnical expert he is involved in many aspects regarding dike reinforcement works, railway embankment and highway embankment design and construction. Member of several project teams on dike design and dike construction. Member of several expert teams on dike failure.
