Towards including uncertainty in decision-making with the Deltamodel : memorandum

Within this project an 'uncertainty matrix' was constructed for the Deltamodel. We used this matrix to show which uncertainties are already being dealt with, specified how they are being dealt with, and identify methods for dealing with the important uncertainties that still need plans for dealing with them in decision-making with the Deltamodel.
