Bianca Peters
Until November 2014 Bianca Peters has been a senior management consultant at the consultancy firm Twynstra Gudde, mainly active in the field of water management. Her assignments vary from international and national to regional water related issues. Furthermore, she has experience with big infrastructural projects, such as development of Main Port Rotterdam, deepening of the Western Scheldt navigation channel and Room for the River. Bianca is also active in policy projects, like the implementation of European Directives, and policy evaluation processes.
In recent years Bianca has been particularly active stimulating and organizing collaboration between various parties, especially in public partnerships. Result-oriented (international) collaboration is becoming increasingly important with respect to implementing EU guidelines, building international knowledge networks, knowledge management and innovation programs. Her knowledge of water issues is extensive; she has the know-how required for policy making, management, sound advice and activities across cultures to help solve water problems.
